Marshall County Deputies arrested Roger Dale Sisco, 40, of
Gunter Avenue, Guntersville.
“He is wanted by the Jefferson County Sheriff for violating the
community notification act. He was convicted in 2001 for Sexual
Abuse in the first degree. His victim was a four year old male,”

Sisco is incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail, where he will
face additional charges for failing to register in Marshall

about their new neighbor. Further investigation revealed his
wanted status. I applaud our residents for being apart of the
community effort to make Marshall County a safer place to live,”
