A comprehensive audit of the City's telecommunications services by Tri-Solve LLC has resulted in in a total savings of over $11,000 on an annual basis.

Tri-Solve preformed an analysis of local and long distance, data, Internet, wireless, and conferencing services.  The audit identified areas where the City had been incorrectly billed and suggested reductions to existing services for additional savings.

Mayor Gary Beam reported the audit results during the Monday night council meeting.

Tri-Solve was founded in 2003 by Arab native Gina Hinds Pearce.  Pearce, who has over 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry, conducted the audit.
