Knights Defeat Fort Payne & Albertville

December 15, 2009 The Arabian Knights snapped a three game losing streak to defeat Fort Payne 70-51 last Friday and Albertville 56-42 on Monday. The Knights were coming off losses to Brewer, Madison County, and Guntersville. The wins give the Knights an 11-4 season record.
Lake Graham and Jonathan Knighton each had 14 points against the Aggies while Blake Harbin added 11. Arab led 40-36 at the end of the third quarter and didn't score a single goal in the 4th but did make 16 of 20 free throws to get the win.
Albertville won the girls game 40-39. Caelin Light had 12 points for Arab and Chelsea Jenkins had 19 for Albertville.
Arab's next game is at home on Friday (12/18) when the Knights will host West Point.
