Triangle Wreck Injures Two

This Toyota Corolla veered into the median at the end of the Hwy 231 4 Lane and crashed into a concrete culvert.

August 1, 2010
Two people were injured in a single vehicle accident at the end of the 4-lane section of Hwy 231 South around 1:30 Sunday afternoon. Both victims were transported to Huntsville Hospital by Arab Fire and Rescue ambulances. The driver of the car, Robert Davey of Lee Ann Lane in Arab sustained chest injuries from impact with the steering wheel. The passenger (name not available at time of this report) sustained less serious injuries.

Emergency responders from the Arab PD, Arab Fire & Rescue, and Arab Rescue Squad responded to the accident. The accident is being investigated by Alabama State Trooper.
