Wreck Injures Two

Two people were injured in a wreck Thursday afternoon at the intersection of Al Hwy 69 East and Shoal Creek Road. Both victims were treated at the scene and transported to Marshall Medical Center North by Arab Fire & Rescue ambulance.

Angela Logsdon, of Arab was traveling East on Hwy 69 when the Chrysler Minivan she was driving was struck by a Chevrolet Cobalt driven by Brandon Smith, of Union Grove. Smith was attempting to cross from Mayberry Lane to Shoal Creek Road.

The accident is being investigated by Alabama Sate Troopers.
