Arrests Made For Receiving
Stolen Property And Burglary
James Dudley Harbin, 32, Grant, Alabama has been charged by sheriff’s investigators after being found in possession of a stolen air compressor and hydraulic cutting tool. Both items are valued at more than ten thousand dollars.
Harbin remains in the Marshall County Jail with No Bond.
Joseph Louis Baker, 30, Owens Crossroads, Alabama has been charged by sheriff’s investigators with Burglary 3rd and Possession of Burglar Tools. The burglary is in connection to a report filed in late January at a farm in the Swearengin Community. Baker remains in the Marshall County Jail pending a $5000 bond.
John Paul Frey, 31, Guntersville, Alabama has also been charged by sheriff’s investigators with Burglary 3rd, and two counts of Theft of Property 1st. The burglary and theft is in connection to a report filed in late January at a farm in the Swearengin Community. Frey is also being charged with a theft of diesel fuel from a local contractor. He remains in the Marshall County Jail pending a $10,000 bond.
