A one vehicle wreck on Mat Morrow Road sent one person to Huntsville Hospital with possible head injuries Wednesday afternoon. Gary King, age 35, was traveling West on Mat Morrow Road when he apparently lost control of his pickup truck. King was ejected from the vehicle during the accident and possibly suffered a head injury. He was treated at the scene by Arab Fire & Rescue and Tri-County Volunteer Fire Department personnel before being transported to Huntsville Hospital by an Air Evac helicopter.

King's son, who was following the truck in another vehicle, said King lost control of the truck, ran into a ditch and eventually hit a tree causing the truck to over turn onto it's side. He said that his dad was thrown from the truck.
