Heith Pope gets Arab on the scoreboard in the 4th quarter against Guntersville

The Guntersville Wildcats came into the Arab stadium Friday night intent on spoiling the Knights' 2006 homecoming game.  Guntersville dominated the first half as Arab was shut out.  Guntersville ran off four touchdowns in the first half and the teams went to the locker room with Guntersville leading 28-0 at the end of the first half.  In the third quarter Guntersville added 14 more points to make the score 42-0 before Arab was able to get on the score board.  Arab managed to pick up 14 points in the fourth quarter as the Wildcats won with a final score of 42-14.

The Knights are on the road next week, traveling to Albertville for game number six of the season.  Arab is now 3-2 on the season.
