Knights Hit A
6' 11" Roadblock

The Arabian Knights kept the game close but were never able to draw ahead of the Madison Academy Mustangs on Thursday night.  The Mustangs took the game 66 - 59 causing the Knights to fall to 0-2 for the season.

Judson Murphy led the Knights scoring with 15 points followed by Jonathan Embry with 11 points, Loyd Dendy with 9, Jared Myers with 8,Andrew Fortner with 7, Aaron Parrish with 4, David Underwood and Chris Revelle with 2 points each, and Brandon Tidmore with 1.

Madison Academy led most of the game.  The Knights were able to pull even at 23 -23 in the second quarter but was unable to pull ahead.  6' 11" center, Dawa Manuri led the scoring and rebounding for Madison Academy with 21 points.  Dante Bowman added 17 points for the Mustangs.

A scheduled game against Hartselle was postponed Friday night because Hartselle is playing in the state football playoffs.  The Knights will play Albertville at home November 20, 2006 at 7:30 p.m.
