Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m., Friday, March 12, 2010 at Gober Funeral Chapel with burial in Baileyton Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 until 8 p.m., Thursday, March 11, 2010 at Gober Funeral Chapel.

was Sat. March 6, 2010, at 11 AM at Gober Funeral Chapel with burial in
Arab Memorial Cemetery. Visitation was Friday March 5, 2010, from 6
until 8 PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American
Heart Association, Hospice of Marshall County or Alacare Hospice.

age 88 of Arab died Wed. March 3, 2010, at Marshall Medical Center
North. Funeral service was Friday March 5, 2010, at 2 PM at Gober
Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Marshall Memorial Gardens.
Visitation was Friday from Noon until funeral time

Joseph L. Jennings, age 60, of Union Grove, died Friday, March 5, 2010 in Crestwood Medical Center, Huntsville.
Mr. Jennings was born in Etowah County, September 23, 1949, the Son of Gordon and Virginia Miller Jennings. He was married to the former Linda Quarrella. They were previous residents of Seattle, but had lived in the Union Grove area for the past 3 years. Mr. Jennings was a Systems Analyst for Boeing and served his country in the United States Navy. He was a member of Mount Carmel Baptist Church, Guntersville; he loved the outdoors and family.
Joseph is survived by his Wife: Linda Jennings of Union Grove, Son: Joseph C. Jennings of Japan; Parents: Gordon and Virginia Jennings of Seattle; Two Brothers: Greg Jennings of Seattle and Jerry Jennings of Nevada and One Sister: Linda Virgil of Gadsden.
Funeral Service was held 1:00 p.m. Monday, March 8, 2010 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel with Dean Tims, officiating. Burial with Navy Honors took place in Mount Carmel Cemetery, Georgia Mountain, Guntersville, Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing.
Visitation was Monday, March 8, 2010 from 12:30 p.m. until service time at 1:00 p.m. at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel.

Billy Howell White, age 24, of Arab, died Friday, March 5, 2010 from injuries sustained in an auto accident on Highway 231 North, Lacey's Spring.
Billy was born in Marshall County, Alabama, on January 3, 1986 the Son of Billy Ray and Shiela Mills White. He was a member of the Baptist Faith and loved to play football.
Billy is survived by his Father and Stepmother: Billy Ray and Deanna White of Spanish Fort, Alabama; Two Brothers: Daniel Ray White of Arab and Chad Edward Richards of Arab; Grandparents: Pauline Mills of Arab and Bill and Shirley Gilley of Guntersville; Great grandmother: Ruby Neel of Arab. Preceded in death by his mother Shiela Mills.
Graveside Service was held Monday, March 8, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the Warrenton Cemetery, Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing.
Visitation was from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, March 7, 2010 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel.

Jerry Dwight Sullivan, age 48, of Hulaco Community died Friday, March 5, 2010 in Marshall Medical Center North.
Mr. Sullivan was born in Marshall County, Alabama, September 20, 1961 the Son of Jerry and Betty Sullivan. He is survived by a Son: Mark Sullivan of Ryan; Daughter: Anna Sullivan also of Ryan; his Mother: Betty Sullivan of Baileyton; Two Sisters: Belinda Carpenter and Rita Williamson, and a host of other loving relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Jude Sullivan.
Funeral Service was 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 7, 2010 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, Lee Walden and Eldridge Criscoe, officiating. Burial was in Mount Hermon Cemetery, Baileyton, Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing.
Pallbearers were Mitch Berry, Darrell Buckelew, Brad Sullivan, Ripley Sullivan, Junior Tolton and David Warren. Honorary Pallbearer: Mark sullivan

William James Schutt, age 77, of Apple Grove Road, Union Grove, died Wednesday, March 3, 2010 in Marshall Medical Center North.
Mr. Schutt was born August 3, 1932 in Minnesota the Son of John C. and Zuzanna Bolocz. He was an electrician for Johnson Controls. He served in the Army and was married to the former Delores Larson.
Survivors include his wife: Dolores Schutt; Sons: William Shutt, Jr.( Rita), of Union Grove; David Schutt(Pat) of Kentucky; John Schutt of Kentucky; Daughters: Pam Forest (Bill) of Cullman and Susan Wright(David) of Union Hill; Sisters: Ruby Marvin(Paul) of Minnesota; Mickey Fitzsimons of Minnesota; Marrield Caswell of Minnesota; Betty McLaughlin of California and Wilma Wright(Dale) of Minnesota; Grandchildren: William, Sean, Aaron, Heather, Joshua(Tara), Kaleb, John, Trina, D.D., Justin, and Jordan, and 10 great grandchildren.
Funeral service was Saturday, March 6, 2010 at the Brindlee Mountain Chapel. with Brother Craye Hall officiating. Cremation will follow the service.
Visitation with the family was also on Saturday, March 6, 2010, from 12-2 p.m. at Brindlee Mountain Chapel.

Betty Joyce Criscoe, age 79, of Park Drive, Union Grove, Morgan City area died Thursday, March 4, 2010 at her residence.
Mrs. Criscoe was born in Morgan County, Alabama, May 28, 1930 the Daughter of William Aaron Garrison and Jesse Elba Culbreath Garrison. She was a homemaker married to Oliver Bruce Criscoe and was a member of Somerville Church of God.
She is survived by her Husband: Bruce Criscoe of Union Grove; Daughter and Son-In-Law: Tammy and Ernie Oden of Union Grove; Grandchildren: Sabrina Criscoe, Emily and Daniel Parker, Ernie Oden, Jr. and Rhiannon Seay, Ethan Oden, Elam Oden and Kaitlyn Cavarretta; Great Grandchildren: Brett Parker, Audrey Parker, Kyleigh Seay, Ryan Seay and Colton Seay; One Brother and Sister-In-Law: William T. and Rebecca Garrison of Decatur.
Funeral service was 3:00 p.m. Saturday, March 6, 2010 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, Gina Williamson and Mike Gunter, officiating. Burial was in Rescue Cemetery, Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing.
Pallbearers were Josiah Farrell, Elam Oden, Ernie Oden, Jr., Ethan Oden, Daniel Parker and Daniel Royster.

Dewey Edward Albright, age 90, of Huckleberry Lane, Arab died Wednesday, March 3, 2010 in Marshall Medical Center North.
Mr. Albright was born in Marshall County on April 10,1919 , to Edward and Beulah Knight Albright. He was a retired laborer having worked in the cotton mill. He served in the Marine Corp. He was married to Eva Lucille Webb Albright, who died in 1986.
Survivors include his daughter: Carolyn Hazel of Arab; his granddaughter and fiance': Kimberly Hornsby and John Ballew; step granddaughter and spouse: Linda Christine and Joe Beal; step great granddaughter: Hannah Beal; sisters: Sue Green of Morgan City and Emme McCarver of Florida.
Funeral service was Saturday morning March 6, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in the New Friendship Baptist Church, with burial in the adjoining cemetery, Brother Hal Mahan, officiating.
Visitation was Friday evening March 5, 2010 from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
