Snead State Community College has announced the dates for
registration and GED testing in September.
Registration will be held Sept. 1 at the Arab Instructional Site
and Sept. 11 and 25 on the Boaz campus from 8:30 a.m. until
11:30 a.m. You must have your driver’s license, Social Security
card, and $50 in cash or credit card only. If you are 17 years
old, you must have a withdrawal form from your high school and a
notarized parent permission letter at resignation. Retests are
$10 per section.
Exam dates are Sept. 4 at the Arab Site and Sept. 14-15 and 26
at the Boaz campus. You will choose your test date at the time
of registration. One-day tests are on Saturdays and begin at 8
a.m. Two-day tests are on Monday and Tuesday nights and begin at
5 p.m. You must attend both nights.
